We have a full fixture list in League One this weekend and Barnsley will be looking to keep their automatic promotion push going when they host Exeter City on Saturday. While it's promotion for the hosts, Exeter are looking behind themselves at the relegation battle, beginning the weekend just four points clear of Reading who are in pursuit.
Barnsley Form GuideBarnsley come into this game on an eleven game unbeaten run in the league, which stretches all the way back to November. They've been excellent recently, grinding out wins when they've not been at their best, and have won their last three straight now, which has left them with 52 points, four off the top and with a game in hand over some around them.
The most recent of those three wins was a big one against a fellow promotion contender. Barnsley did it the hard way, but won 1-0 away at Oxford on Tuesday, Before that, Barnsley won 2-1 at home to Carlisle and 2-1 at home to Bristol Rovers, this gives them a chance to make it four wins on the bounce.
Exeter City Form GuideI've been disappointed with Exeter this season, they really should be doing better than we've seen so far, given the bits of quality they have in their team, mid table was what I expected. Four points ahead of Reading, who are in the relegation zone, Exeter are right in the middle of a big group of teams potentially in trouble.
They come here on the back of a midweek win, going away to Bristol Rovers and coming away with a narrow 1-0 success. Before that, they drew at home to Cambridge 0-0, and then lost at Blackpool 2-0, it's not been great, but as long as Exeter keep putting points on the board, they will be ok.
Match PredictionI have to side with Barnsley here. They're going along nicely, on a long unbeaten run, and have been grinding out valuable wins recently. I'll take a home win and Barnsley getting three points here.
